Recently i've been listening a lot to Soviet music from the 70's. Some of the tracks i had to use for sampling. That's a must, because it's like a new continent. Untouchable masterpieces! It's actually strange, that many of them Russian hip hop producers are using already overused Motown-samples in their beats, when there exist plenty of good stuff from their own country. I just felt, that some of you may find this collection interesting, even though you probably don't understand the words, unless you have studied some Russian :).
Anyways, here it is. I picked 12, in my opinion, good songs for the collection. Most of them i have on vinyl. Enjoy the music! There will be another collection, if you want to. I transliterated names of artists and songs (take a look at the back cover)
